Ordering & quote FAQs
What information do you need to give me a quote?
Company name, delivery address, quantity, size/dimensions, colour (for foam sheets), intended use, and whether you need a specific material or want our recommendation.
How long does an order take?
It depends on complexity and quantity. We aim to provide a quote within 2 business days of your enquiry. If approved, for a new customer, the prototype is generally designed within 4–5 working days after we've received the items, case, order, and payment. Production runs of around 100–200 units typically take 7–8 working days after prototype approval.
Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes, we can post foam samples in A4 size via Australia Post, or you're welcome to visit and collect one if you're local and need it urgently. For custom projects, we produce a prototype before the bulk run, and production proceeds only once that's approved.
What happens if the sample/prototype isn't quite right?
We make sure prototypes are produced to the agreed specifications. If there's an issue and no major change to the agreed design is needed, we'll remake it once at no extra cost, using the same materials and labour as the original quote.
